 We
are your local 'Fixed Fee' letting agent. We do
not believe in charging a percentage, as letting a
one bedroom property is no different to a larger
property, so why should you pay more?
How can we charge
these prices, when other agents charge such
a high %?
Letting a property is the same
procedure and takes the same amount of work,
regardless of the property size or price, so why
should you be charged more? We know the work that is
involved in letting & managing a property from our
years of experience locally, and believe that
landlords are being charged too much.
Do you have a 'high
street' office?
We do not believe in high
street, high cost offices like our competitors.
We operate from a local business centre and will
continue to do so. We do this to keep our costs low,
in order to keep our fees low for you, our clients.
So what you are paying for is our service, and
nothing else.
Do you cover all of
Lanarkshire?
No, we are a local,
independent firm, with local knowledge, and
specialise in letting & managing properties in
Hamilton, Uddingston & Bothwell.
Why else should we

As well as being letting agents, we are
also property investors/landlords ourselves. This is what sets us apart
from our competitors. We are property investors
working on behalf of like minded property investors.
